In attempt to assist all WA NWTF chapters to avoid re-inventing the wheel, South Sound Longbeards has put together some of the forms, flyers, as well as record keeping documentation that is available to anyone who wishes to use them.  Most documents are in MS Word format and can easily be changed to fit your specific chapter needs. 

If you are looking for a form, or have one you would like to share with others, please contact us and we will put it up for others.  Forms can be anything from advertisement flyers to banquet game labels, committee responsibilities, or layout designs for your banquets.  I'm looking to create a source for those chapters - especially start-up chapters, that would help alleviate some of the effort of pulling off NWTF events.
