Went our Fathers day afternoon and fly fished the Skookumchuck over near Johnson creek area. Caught a lot of fingers but also two very nice fourteens by working the pools with a couple different type flies....Don't ask me what type of flies....I'm not into the study of flies, the area and matching the hatch.....I'm one of those "If I was a fish I'd like to bite that!" kind of fisherman. Saw another guy fishing the same area using a spinning rod with Rooster tails and was hitting fish also. It was great just to get out.............Spurdaddy
Glad you enjoyed yourself, but did you see any of the Eastern Phantoms (that don't exist) while in that area. Wish I could be doing the same, except for the fingers part .....
